Information you provide

When you request a consultation through this website or our Meta lead forms, we receive the contact and project details you submit. These may include your name, email, phone number, city, project type, and optional project address, budget, timeline, description and photos. Please do not submit financial account details, identification documents or other sensitive information.

How information is used

Sotelo Prime Construction uses inquiry information to respond, discuss your project, prepare estimates and manage related customer communications. Submitting an inquiry requests contact about that project; it does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Website and service providers

Our site and inquiry records use Base44 hosting and application services. Authorized team members and providers supporting hosting, storage and email processing may process information to operate these services. When you use Facebook or Instagram forms or messages, Meta also processes information under its own privacy policy. External links and social platforms have their own practices.

Cookies, attribution and optional measurement

The site uses browser storage for campaign attribution and privacy preferences. It records campaign tags, referring pages and submission activity to understand where inquiries originate. Hosting providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.

Optional Google and Meta measurement is enabled only after you choose Allow measurement, and only when the relevant service is configured. These services may receive browser/device information and page or conversion events and may associate activity across sites under their policies. We do not include your form answers, name, email, phone or project address in the conversion events we send.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable the optional Google/Meta measurement implemented by this site. You can decline measurement and still submit an inquiry.

Your choices and requests

To ask about information associated with your inquiry, request access, correction or deletion, or ask us to stop contacting you, email soteloprime@hotmail.com or call (760) 978-5808. We may need information to verify your request. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may limit deletion.

Retention and security

Inquiry records support project follow-up and business recordkeeping. Contact us about retention or deletion of your particular record. No online transmission or storage method is completely secure; please limit submissions to information relevant to your project.

Children

Our project inquiry services are intended for adults. If a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and remove it as appropriate.
